Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Period
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, it cannot be cancelled. Typically, this window is within 12–24 hours of placing your order.
2. How to cancel?
To cancel your order, please email us at boldburstpvt@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +91-7668931376 with your Order ID. We will process your request immediately if the item hasn't shipped.
3. Refund for cancelled order
For all prepaid orders, the full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card). Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after the cancellation is confirmed.
4. Partial Cancellations
If you have ordered multiple items, you can request to cancel a specific item from your order as long as the entire shipment hasn't been processed.
5.COD Cancellations
For COD orders, there are no charges for cancellation before dispatch. However, repeated cancellations may result in the suspension of the COD facility for your account in the future.
