1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates And Delivery Rates
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days (Free on orders above ₹999). Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days (Calculated at checkout).
3. How to initiate a return?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
BoldFrameTec is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact our support team and the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. International Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
